Mr. Hughes is a Senior Managing Director | Regional Head of Investment Banking in HilltopSecurities’ Dallas office.  Mr. Hughes has over 27 years of experience working with Texas cities, counties, school districts and other municipal entities.  He has significant experience in economic development related transactions, including working with numerous cities on the creation, development and financing for public improvement districts and tax increment reinvestment zones.  Mr. Hughes has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University.
