This presentation will discuss different aspects of a PID throughout its lifetime as an economic development tool.  Beginning with the early stages when a developer first asks a city about a PID, through the levying of assessments and their financing through bonds, as well as the accounting treatment of a PID after a bond issuance, all aspects of a PID will be touched on.
