Sponsor Registration

As we open registration, we are implementing a new process for sponsors to register their employees to attend the conference. We ask that each sponsor’s main contact complete the form below to ensure accurate records and efficient processing of sponsor registrations. Attendees: Your main contact will submit all attendee information at one time. When you arrive on site, all badges will be provided in a single envelope for you to distribute at your table.

Each sponsor has a certain number of complimentary registrations.

  • Diamond Sponsors receive 8 complimentary registrations.
  • Platinum Sponsors receive 6 complimentary registrations.
  • Gold Sponsors receive 3 complimentary registrations.
  • Silver Sponsors receive 1 complimentary registration.

For sponsors looking to upgrade their level, please notify Martie Simpson to make arrangements. No upgrades will be honored on site.
