Budget Manager, Addison

Casey Bennett is a native Texan from the DFW Metroplex and graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas for both his undergraduate and master’s degrees.  He began his civil service with the City of Allen in 2009, working his way up from a front-line position in the Engineering department, eventually moving to the Finance department in 2013.  He earned his CGFO in 2015 and has been a proud member of GFOAT since then.  He joined the Town of Addison in October 2025 as the Budget Manager.  Personally, Casey is a proud husband and baseball dad, avid sports fan for all DFW teams, and conversationally fluent in Spanish.
