Director of Marketing, TX Health Benefits Pool

Joe Malinowski joined TXHB in March 2020 and has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.   He has extensive knowledge in both the public and private sector business.   Joe has worked with both fully insured and self-insured groups over his time in the healthcare field.   Today, Joe manages the TXHB Marketing staff and is responsible for overseeing Pool and self-insured new group sales, existing group retention, Training, and Wellness.
